DRV8703D-Q1 汽車類半橋柵極驅動器

描述

DRV870xD-Q1器件系列是一種半橋柵極驅動器，它使用兩個外部N通道MOSFET，旨在驅動單向刷式直流電機或者是螺線管負載。

PWM接口允許輕松連接到控制器電路。這款柵測驅動器內置有相應的電路，以便能夠采用關斷時間固定的PWM電流斬波來調節(jié)繞組電流。

DRV870xD-Q1器件系列通過10.5VV _GS柵極驅動器驅動高側和低側FET。所有外部FET的柵極驅動電流都可通過單一外部電阻器或通過串行外設接口（SPI）進行配置。

低功耗睡眠模式可將部分內部電路關斷，從而實現(xiàn)極低的< br>靜態(tài)電流消耗。
