電能計(jì)量系統(tǒng)是電網(wǎng)商業(yè)化運(yùn)營(yíng)的必然趨勢(shì)。本文詳細(xì)介紹了抄表信息管理系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫的實(shí)現(xiàn)、系統(tǒng)總體模塊結(jié)構(gòu)以及各環(huán)節(jié)的基本設(shè)置設(shè)計(jì)。本系統(tǒng)采用Access 建立數(shù)據(jù)庫作為系統(tǒng)的后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫。利用VB 對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫的編程技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)對(duì)獲得的數(shù)據(jù)的讀、寫、預(yù)覽和打印等操作。

Abstract: As the innovation of the electrical corporation and the transformation of the electrical
between supply and demand relationships, utilizing automotive electrical measuring system with
high accuracy and reliability is becoming the main trend of the commerciality running in the
electrical network. The implementation of the database, the main module structure and the basic
design of each module of the meter-reading information management system are introduced in
detail. Microsoft Access Database is used in this system as backstage Database. VB employs many language commands to access the Database in order to meet the operational demands of reading, writing and printing.
