質(zhì)子交換膜(PEM)燃料電池是一種清潔高效的新型能源。PEM 燃料電池的濕度對燃料電池的工作性能和使用壽命有著重要的影響。當(dāng)輸出負載變化時，如何采取適當(dāng)?shù)目刂撇呗钥刂萍訚衿鞒隹跉怏w的濕度是燃料電池技術(shù)中的一個難題。加濕器出口氣體的濕度主要受加濕器溫度的影響。然而加濕器的溫度系統(tǒng)是一個大時滯非線性系統(tǒng)，采用常規(guī)的PID 控制無法實現(xiàn)有效的控制。本文基于專家PID 控制策略來控制加濕器的溫度。仿真和實驗結(jié)果表明，該算法可以得到良好的控制效果。

Abstract: Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) Fuel Cell is a clear and efficient new energy source. The humidity of PEM fuel cell plays an important role in the performance of the fuel cell. One of the problems of fuel cell technology is how to control the humidity of the outlet gases of the humidifier. Experiments show that the temperature of humidifier decides the outlet humidity. Since the temperature system of humidifier is a large time-delay nonlinear system, the normal PID control can not achieve the desired performance. This paper presents an Expert PID control strategy to control the temperature of the humidifier. Simulation and experiments show that the proposed method can achieve satisfactory performance.
